Jogani Manufacturing

Jogani instruments are manufactured using high-quality stainless steel, known for its strength, durability, and strong resistance to corrosion. While no material is completely immune to environmental effects, stainless steel offers excellent protection against rust and wear due to its ability to form a natural protective layer on the surface.

Unlike carbon steel, which can easily corrode when exposed to air and moisture, stainless steel contains a sufficient amount of chromium that enables the formation of a passive oxide layer. This protective layer helps prevent surface corrosion and limits damage from spreading into the internal structure of the metal. This process, known as passivation, ensures long-lasting performance and reliability of Jogani instruments in professional use.
